Strain Shoulder I m having pain in my right shoulder blade that sometimes radiates down the ulnar side of my arm to the wrist elbow It is especially painful as my day goes on at my side I get some relief with pressure on my right scapula sitting I get more relief when lying down with a pillow under my shoulders head I also get pain in my armpit at times with pins needles in my right side of neck
