The patient came in with a stretcher and 2 transporters. The transporters put the patient on the table with my help as well. The patient did not communicate and seemed to be asleep or non responsive. She did not respond or follow directions. I had to position patient for a femur X-ray and L-spine X-ray order. Trying to position for the lateral lumbar put a lot of pressure on my lower back and I felt it in that instance. I let my manager know that I think I hurt myself through the whole process. As the day passed my lower back pain started getting worse and worse. I texted [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] to let her know I would need to be seen by a doctor.
