What happened

While walking up the stairs to get to the [R[REDACTED]ACT[REDACTED]] from the basement I twisted my ankle and fell down 4 stairs. When I got up my right foot hurt when I put weight on it. I sat on the stairs for about a minute rubbing my ankle when my supervisor __R[R[REDACTED]ACT[REDACTED]]ACT[R[REDACTED]ACT[REDACTED]]__ came up the stairs and found me in the staircase. He then helped me up the stairs and into the [R[REDACTED]ACT[REDACTED]] where I was referred to for treatment. I was discharged with a sprain and need follow up with an orthopedic specialist for further imaging and physical therapy.
