What happened
[REDACTED] [REDACTED] went to use bathroom in bathroom trailer. The bathroom was not in service and [REDACTED] moved the barriers to access the bathroom. Upon leaving trailer Mr [REDACTED] slipped on the metal steps which had a coating of ice on them. Steps were previously cleaned in the morning but have iced over. Mr [REDACTED] has pain in his lower left leg ankle and hip.
