[REDACTED] was walking the hallway between stressecho reading room and her foot got stuck on the floor. She fell forward striking her head on the linnen cart resulting in a severe open laceration to her forhead requiring stitches. Dr. [REDACTED] a surgeon was walking through Cardiac Imaging and heard crying from our echo scanning room. He went to check it out and found [REDACTED] on the stretcher resting profusely bleeding. He then went to find an OR nurse [REDACTED] #6709 to activate a code yellow and to get help. [REDACTED] started wheeling [REDACTED] on our echo stretcher toward the ER. Somewhere just before Radiology the transporter [REDACTED] arrived and helped transporting [REDACTED] to the ER. The ER nurse [REDACTED] #6348 is taking care of [REDACTED] currently. [REDACTED] husband [REDACTED] ( [REDACTED]) and son were called.
