Before the incident
She was walking down the hall when she noticed another employee assisting a resident from his bed to his chair and went in to help.
What happened
The resident had his hand in the way and they couldn 't turn him to sit in the chair. His hand was moved and they tried to turn him into the chair. He sat half way and she lifted him toward her to be able to better position him when she felt a pull in her right shoulder.
