Employee states they were pulling a patient up on stretcher to then safely transfer from stretcher to the CT table. While pulling fully dependent patient up on stretcher with coworker (3) assistance felt pain in shoulder. Although patient ceiling lifts are present in CT they were not utilized due to a lift sheet not having been previously placed under the patient.
