Associate informed Integrity Shift Manager of swelling itching and burning in her face and eyes. Associate was brought to the Integrity office and had visible swelling to her face red and watery eyes and her nose was red and running. Associate stated she received a few garments that had a strong smell and that is when she noticed the symptoms.
