Before the incident
delivery of 3 4 PB panels
What happened
They fully loaded one side cart with 3 4 PB panels and put the remaining on one other. We pushed the side carts trough the jobsite and ran over a lot of extension cords and floor protection (this is normal delivery) The panels shifted over and one started to fall. I tried to save the panel but the panel pulled my glove and sliced through the fabric of my glove.
