EE briefly said her hip was hurting but did not say when it was during the shift.
What happened
During my shift I was sitting at the desk in the lobby that has a chair that is raised up high. I 'm not sure if it was when I hopped up to get on the chair or when I hopped off but my hip started to hurt. As the night progressed it hurt more and constant. I reported to work the [REDACTED] hoping it would get better but it didn 't so I saw my doctor on the [REDACTED]. Since the pain started at work I was told to go to the work clinic and to take the day off.
