Team Member came in to EHS [REDACTED] c [REDACTED] pain to both shoulders. TM said he has experienced the pain in both shoulders for the [REDACTED] and the left shoulder is worse than the right shoulder. The TM saw his primary care physician (PCP) who referred him to a specialist about [REDACTED] for the shoulder pain the TM said he was told the x-ray did not show anything that would cause pain. The TM was given a shot in each shoulder that relieved the pain for about 6 weeks and the pain has been present ever since. The TM says the pain is worse when sedentary and feels better when he is active and moving. The TM is requesting to go to MedStat for an evaluation. The TM also said that on [REDACTED] he was at home trying to get off of the couch when he felt a pop in his left shoulder. The TM takes over-the-counter Ibuprofen for pain as needed. Team Member went to MedStat where he was diagnosed with bilateral shoulder pain overuse injury and was prescribed Prednisone and given light duty
