Opening a scrap loaded trailer door. (improperly)

After releasing the locking mechanism on door material started to fall out of the back of trailer. Once material stopped falling he pushed the door all the way open. As he was walking around the backside of trailer to lock trailer door into open position a piece of scrap metal fell out of trailer hitting him on his hard hat causing him to fall to the ground.
