Went to close the rack on [REDACTED] and couldn 't close it. The Team Leads were able to close it so she continued to work. At [REDACTED] the pain hit and she told the (TL) she couldn 't work anymore. She thinks she pulled something when she pulled up on the bar and it wouldn 't come up.
