I was in the room changing the patient at the time
What happened
when I was changing the patient the patient normally grabs the rail and stay on her side. she had a bowel movement and large. when I went to grab the towel to wash her I had on hand on her back I don 't know if she fell asleep but the patient let the rail go and I turn really fast to stop her from going back in her poop that 's when I heard my back crack and I just laid her down and the RN came in the room at that time.
