As soon as I got home I couldn 't get up and having sever lower back pain. The team member claims the injury occurred on [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] she couldn 't get up and was in severe pain -- yet she worked a 12-hour shift the next day visited the ER the following day ([REDACTED] 2) and didn 't report the injury until after visiting the ER
