What happened
Shipping employee was pulling a filled tank of propane to exchange with his empty. Right hand was pulling from on top of the bottle and his left hand was guiding on the bottom of the tank. While finishing the removal process the left hand was pinched between the tank and the bracket brace of the exchange unit.
