What happened
Team member was closing door on laminator and had his hand inside the door the pneumatic door closed on his hand causing an approximate 1 1 4” laceration. A first responders in the plant described the lactation as “deep”. Team member was taken to MedStat for treatment. The team member was trained to use the laminator [REDACTED] and is not completely familiar with the operations of the machine.
