Using a torque driver to build a shade.

Operator was using smart torque driver to build a [REDACTED] shade bracing shade against build surface with his left hand. When fastening screws (driving with right hand) the bit slipped out of the screw head and drove into the employees left hand webbing through his metal working gloves. The driver caused a laceration in the hand.
