Employee was operating the crane and moving a coil to the slit bay.

When the employee sat the coil down he attempted to move the coil out of the I.D. of the coil when the tip of the crane stuck on the top inside of the coil. At the same time he got distracted by another employee and pressing the control bottom down to retrack the hook crane and crane swung to fast back causing his hand smash between the hook of the crane and a coil that was behind his him.
