At around [REDACTED] in front of [REDACTED] dropped off a package to the receptionist inside said address and came outside to sort through her remaining totes and boxes The handcart was positioned in the bike lane off of the sidewalk in front of that address While she was sorting through her stuff she didnt realize that the wind had started to push the handcart away from her Once she did realize what was happening she went to stop the cart from rolling away and it knocked into the left side of her hip and the back of her left ankle
