What happened

EE was opening a box of supplies with the box cutter. She slipped and cut her left hand thumb. She immediately grabbed paper towels and wrapped it with pressure. Headed to the other side of the building to find her coworker who assisted trying to get the bleeding stopped. They were both feeling defeated at this time. Coworker called me at [REDACTED]:[REDACTED] and asked what should they do? I directed them to the ER. Coworker drove EE to the ER these ladies both work at the Eastridge Clinic. EE was seen by the ER doc [REDACTED] who put small steri strips across the cut with glue. I will have EE working [REDACTED] however I will have her assisting her partners in the building. I don 't want her to try to put on and take off a rubber glove until the cut is healing. I wil l be able to have a helper for EE the rest of [REDACTED] ([REDACTED] & [REDACTED]) EE has the weekend off and does not return to work until [REDACTED]. I spoke to EE today at [REDACTED]:[REDACTED] - she said she is doing
