What happened
When assisting a bariatric patient to sit comfortably in their chair I as I helped lean them the direction they wanted to sit they pulled me forwards but my legs stayed planted where they were causing a muscle or ligament to pull in my lower back. I proc eeded to work but as I did the pain go worse I rolled a patient on to their side after positioning the bariatric patient and as I pulled the lift sheet my pain went to a 7-8 10. I finished my shift and went home to rest. I then worked the following day a nd the pain did not go away it has now been 2 days since the incident and I am still in pain
