On [REDACTED] the IW approached first responder [REDACTED] stating they felt as though there was something stuck in their eye. The IW stated that on [REDACTED] they were setting up the grinding machine and “watching the sparks” when something got in their eye.

First responder [REDACTED] attempted to flush out the piece of material in the IW eye but was unsuccessful. The IW had to seek treatment at U of L Health to remove the foreign object
