EE was removing supplies for a patient to take home from an upper cabinet of the draw station which was above her slightly. She then bent down to retrieve a sticker needed for the collection kit in a drawer of a lower counter unit. She stood up and turn ed to walk with her head down slightly and walked into the open cabinet door which she forgot to close. She felt dizzy at the time and a bit nauseated. A lump started to develop above her right eyebrow and within the hour [REDACTED] developed a headache.
