On [REDACTED] a Blow Mold employee was walking when she slipped on resin on the ground and fell backwards. She returned to work immediately. She later reported to her supervisor about the incident and stated she had some lower back discomfort but did not want to seek medical attention. The EE returned to work on [REDACTED] and was put on modified duties decided by BTB to allow her some rest. On [REDACTED] the employee returned to work but stated that her pain level was 7 10 and she wanted to see a doctor. BTB arranged for her to see a doctor and she was given restrictions.
