She was helping to position a patient in bed.

A patient who is paralyzed needed help as he was leaning to far to the left in bed. He held out his hand which she grabbed to try and upright him in bed when she felt a sharp pain in her right back shoulder. The next day when she was helping a co-worker move a patient in bed she felt a sharp pain again in her shoulder but it was much worse this time.
