An SA was working on the manuel T2 line at the Meter [REDACTED] a nozzle head had gotten stuck and in the process of trying to remove it their left finger got stuck and pinched and then while removing their left finger their right finger got a slight pinch The SA was taken to a 24 hour clinic This incident is under investigation
