Walking from one machine to another making checks

Employee was talking to another employee started to walk away and slipped in puddle of water on floor from condensate drain on [REDACTED]. Fell to floor on back hitting back neck and head on concrete floor bounced off floor and hit floor again. No loss of consciousness occured. Ambulance called to transport to hospital. Air dryer at air compressor down awaiting repair parts heavy rains caused excess moisture in compressed air system. Pan placed under condensate drain to catch water overflowed.
