Before the incident
EE was exiting a trailer on a stand-up riding PIT driving into cooler B heading into cooler C.
What happened
EE was coming off a docked trailer to retrieve more supplies in cooler C while riding lift 75. The EE said they hit a hole on the cooler B floor making the jack become unstable requiring the operator to quickly press the handle down to stop position in an attempt to stabilize themselves. This caused the jack to abruptly stop and the employee to stumble off the riding jack. The EEs left ankle got twisted when stumbling off the riding jack while falling to the floor.
