Before the incident
Untarping his trailer.
What happened
He was attempting to untarp at the [REDACTED] dumping site when he was reaching for the bungee at the nose of the trailer attached to the tarp. He was on the catwalk reaching for the bungee when he lost his footing. He fell and hit his left side on the catwalk and fell to the ground. From what he reported to me the only thing that hurts is his left side under his arm. He stated that nothing else hurt and that he didn’t hit his head. He stated that he wrote his trailer [REDACTED] up because the tarp is broke but it didn’t get fixed because they were waiting on parts.
