Employee was carrying a box of 12 bottles of [REDACTED] and box fell to the floor. Employee picked up box but when picking it up felt a pop in the left wrist. Employee felt pain when the pop happened but did not think it was in pain after. Employee continued on in work day and did not report the incident on that day. Over the weekend and [REDACTED] the pain was still present especially when rotating hand or extending hand back (like when typing or pushing something). Pain got a lot worse when opening tubes so employee got [REDACTED] out of first aid kit. Then employee reported pain to supervisor and Work Care was called.
