What happened
Associate was taking down first level racking when his foot slipped in between the metal racking. He then put his hand out to break his fall and injured his left shoulder. A Shipping associate was working with the injured associate at the time witnessed the slip. No apparent cuts or broken bones but associate will be sent for evaluation by a doctor as a precaution.
