EE was attaching handles and packing pails at of [REDACTED]

An operator noticed that the gator belt popped off of the pulley on press 111 leak tester. EE attempted to put gator belt back on the pulley. In the process of doing so his hand got caught in between the gator belt and the pulley. His Middle finger was severed from top or 1st knuckle to the tip of his finger. His ring finger was lacerated and broken. This injury occurred on line 111 axillary equipment - leak tester. Operator rushed over to the Supervisors office and notified [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] that he needed to go to the hospital. Supervisor and maintenance lead took EE into the conference room. First responder came and aided EE. Wound was bandaged until EMT arrived.
