CG was assisting pt to move from OR table to recovery [REDACTED]

[REDACTED] was located at the patients feet in the OR room and was attempting to help move the patient from the OR table to the recovery gurney after the surgery. There were others there to assist. As the team began to move the patient across the slider board to the gurney the gurney moved causing the patient to slide off the OR bed. [REDACTED] quickly got underneath the feet and lower body of the patient while the other members of the team slid the moved gurney back underneath the patient. [REDACTED] immediately complained of left lower back pain and contacted their OR manager who then recommended she be seen in the ER due to the time of day. After talking with the other members of the team it was thought that the recovery gurney was not locked which caused the bed to move.
