What happened
I was squatting on one knee on the floor to check dates in the fridge and when I tried to stand up I felt sharp pain on my lower back and was not able to stand up. I was kneeling on the floor for a moment until I was able to stand up but I could not walk because it was painful to do so. I was finally able to walk with support after a moment. I took 600 mg of [REDACTED] shortly after it happened.
