What happened
Hit in the mouth by the crane hook. In error used the up instead of down to choke a skid that was on the outfeed roller conveyor table. Hook got chaugt on the edge of the table creating tension then snapped and struck him in the mouth.

Struck in the mouth by crane hook. He mistakenly used the up button instead of down to choke a skid that wsa on the outfeed rollers in the saw area. Caused one of the hooks to get caught on the edge of the table creating tension and snapped.
