Before the incident
I was putting dirty linens into the linen basket in the bathroom and when I went back into the patient 's room I slipped.
What happened
I was providing patient care in room 2608 when I slipped. I was entering the patient 's room and the floor was slippery and I started to fall but caught myself. I hurt my back when I caught myself.
