Cutting stainless steel on Hyd-Mech saw.
What happened
As the saw was finishing the cut the operator decided to push the cut off piece out of the way. The piece was not cut all of the way through. When the saw finished the cut the operator had his finger in close proximity to the blade the cut off piece lacerated the tip of his left hand forefinger. Operator was not wearing gloves.
