What happened

[REDACTED] stated that while going to break she saw [REDACTED] and another employee (unnamed) attempting to lift a grease trap. She offered to help since they looked like they were struggling to lift it. [REDACTED] took the top portion unnamed employee took the bottom and she took the middle. [REDACTED] began going up the steps and when he did this the unnamed employee lost their grip and the item they were carrying slipped and fell downwards but he caught it before dropping to the floor. When the material dropped [REDACTED] 's right side of her body (hand shoulder) pulled down suddenly. [REDACTED] called in saying that she would be absent for her shift the following day due to hurt back neck not specifying the cause. She claims that she didn 't feel pain when it happened but after she had gotten home and taken a shower it got very sore and painful not realizing until [REDACTED] that it was from the incident at work. She scheduled an appointment for the pain and was put on restrictions
