While on route I got up from the driver seat to turn and go through the bulkhead door to retrieve packages for my next stop. When I stood up and turned there was a loud pop in my right foot accompanied by a sharp intense pain in my right inside arch of my lright foot and afterward it hurt to bear down on that foot and it began to swell and throb.
