IW was a passenger in the service truck from Cleveland Trailer shop. A Republic roll off truck was coming from the side and hit the driver side of the service truck. IW stated that Coworker the driver tried to speed up to avoid the collision but could not do so. IW stated that when the impact occurred he was thrown up out of his seat and hit his head on the roof of the truck straining his neck.
