Closing the box truck door.

Worker was trying to close the back door to the box truck. They did not know that you have to hold it down so it started to go back up. As the door started to go back up they moved their left leg in an attempt to get better footing when she slipped and her leg left went through the gap between the loading dock and the box truck. They hit their thigh and knee on the box truck bumper and loading dock.
