The driver was delivering for [REDACTED]. when he arrived at the [REDACTED] building he stepped out of his truck and fell to the ground. he said the step on the truck broke. he hurt his right arm shoulder and some chest pain. I took him to Urgent Care for evaluation. HR was contacted and following up with the Urgent Care evaluation.
