EE was running wire on bull block [REDACTED] He placed his hand on the wire as it was not lining up correctly on the spool By doing so he placed his hand under or around the wire while the machine was running The dye was blown out and there were shavings on the wire Which EE should have seen being an experienced operator Handling the wire while the machine was running and wearing rubber gloves instead of leather caused the shavings to puncture the rubber gloves and causing a laceration
