Before the incident

EE was attempting to replace the bearings on a Spooler Turn table He attempted to rest the Spooler on two wooden stilts to work on the bottom portion As he was getting the Spooler in position it shifted and his left hand was pinched between the Spooler and the wooden stilt EE was moving the turn base onto the wooden stilt to put in position to work on the bottom portion of it EE had the crane remote in on hand and as the equipment got near the wooden stilt it shifted and thats how his free hand was pinched between the stilt and the piece of equipment
