[REDACTED] was trying to get his pallet jack inside of a pallet that wasn t the usual 4 X 4 pallet. [REDACTED] had to jack the pallet jack up to break the board underneath it to be able to move the 2600lbs pallet. When the customer pulled and [REDACTED] push the pallet is when he felt a pop and instant numbness in his toes.
