What happened
Driver was delivering a pallet to The [REDACTED] and he was trying to get a refrigerator in the door when he reached down to pick up the pallet over the lip of the door and the bottom of the pallet caught the lip. This caused the drivers elbow to extended causing injury to his right arm.
