Worker was walking from the Visitor [REDACTED] to the [REDACTED] when she noticed that the front gates had not been opened. She proceeded to open the left side gate without incident. When she opened the right side she pulled the gate placing the gate behind her.

Worker 's leg and top of boot caught under the gate. She tried to pull her leg out but due to the weight and speed at which the gate was moving she could not remove foot before it knocked her down.

The gate lacerated her right calf. She bruised and scraped her left elbow wrist and knee causing road rash. She sought medical attention after shift receiving a tetanus shot and dermabond for the laceration. Additionally she started a round of antibiotics to prevent infection.
