Moving boxes on a pallet
What happened
Moving a pallet of boxes with a pallet jack and the pallet jack got stuck when removing the jack and when he went to pull the pallet jack out it got stuck and as he pulled a bit harder that is when he felt a pain on his lower back. He continued to organize some boxes boxes and he did not feel too much pain. Went to take the delivery and when he returned he still felt it uncomfortable and with some pain. Let his supervisor know and report taken by HR.
