Affected Employee was standing next to [REDACTED] 6000 between the material rack and the material on the down pallet speaking with two other employees about the work agenda for the evening. That’s when something flew off or deflected off one employee and hit affected employee in the eye. He did proceed to the eye wash station to rinse his eyes out. He did admit he wasn’t wearing his safety glasses at the time but the machine and down draft table was not running on.
